Description
The online Doctor of Education (Ed.D) - Teacher Leadership degree has been created by the faculty of The Richard W. Riley College of Education and Leadership to enable its students with the knowledge that is needed for obtaining and succeeding in any type of leadership role within a K-12 educational setting.
This is an ideal degree for any teacher who is in need of a flexible program that will offer them an option for continuing teaching, while they work towards earning their EdD.
This program has been specifically designed for those individuals with a master's degree in teaching, and who are wanting to effect change and improve student learning within any educational setting.
Based on the standards set forth by the Interstate School Leaders Licensure Consortium and the National Staff Development Council, this online educational leadership program will create local, regional, and state education professionals who can relate to diverse, multicultural K-12 and community-based school populations.
All applicants must have a master's degree from an accredited institution.
