Florida International University's Chapman School of Business offers a Corporate MBA program that prepares students to:
- Evaluate the financial position of organizations by analyzing balance sheets, cash flow statements and budgets.
- Develop team-building skills to accomplish group tasks.
- Identify ethical problems and choose appropriate resolutions.
- Analyze complex business issues and recommend sound solutions in local and global environments.
- Demonstrate competency in Information Technology (IT) and implement business strategies that leverage technology.
- Make strategic and operational decisions that meet expectations and requirements of an organization's stakeholders.
Applicants for FIU's CMBA program do not have to complete the GMAT, instead, applicants rely on their work experience and prior education for admission. The online degree program is an ideal small business solution for achieving success through media-rich course content, online e-advising and e-tutoring programs.
New students are able to apply for two distinctive scholarships offered by FIU:
Up to a $10,000 Scholarship towards CMBA tuition with:
- 4 years significant work experience
- 3.0 or better undergrad GPA
- 2 letters of recommendation
- Qualified applicants currently employed by a corporate partner are also eligible to receive up to a $10,000 scholarship
