The Certificate for Help Desk Professionals from Pierce College is designed to provide the student with a firm background in the computer support industry. Students will take courses that cover entry level skills required to perform the job of a Help Desk Technician. Students may apply these credits to an associate degree in Information Technology with a concentration in Networking.

With Pierce College's Certificate for Help Desk Professionals, you have the option of earning your certificate online, at the Philadelphia campus, at a company or community location, or any combination of the three!

Online and campus classes at Pierce College are the same price, $425 per credit (most classes are 3 credits), and $100 technology fee per course. There is a $50 application fee, and a $75 graduation fee.
