Daniel Webster College's Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership degree prepares students to be successful in a constantly changing and challenging business environment by achieving competence in the four essential functions of business leaders (finance, marketing, operations, and leadership).
As a part of the process of this program, students will develop the leadership and management skills necessary to get results when working with and through others. Leadership skills acquired include: the ability to establish direction within an organization, align people and teams to affect vision and strategies and motivate and inspire people to affect desired change. These skills will also be combined with a number of management skills, which include: planning and budgeting, organizational oversight and problem solving. The degree is especially relevant for any student preparing for a business career.
Students applying to this program must have a high school diploma or GED equivalent.
