Description
The RN to BSN degree completion program is offered online, giving students the flexibility to manage their education around work, family and other personal responsibilities. It provides registered nurses with an opportunity to increase their capacity to engage in health leadership through an expanded foundation of general education studies and advanced nursing courses. The program goal is to build a foundation for life-long learning by enhancing a graduate's existing inquiry skills, critical thinking abilities, communication competence, and leadership capacity. These skills will be developed to assist graduates within a growing and ever changing health care environment of diverse populations across the lifespan and health-illness continuum.
