The online Bachelor of Science in Fire & Safety Engineering Technology degree from Eastern Kentucky University has been designed to maximize the educational opportunities and to provide students with an opportunity to study fire prevention, suppression and investigation, fire service administration online.

Each of the online fire safety courses have been created to guide students as they study a variety of topics, including:

The Fire Protection Engineering Technology Option is designed to provide the student with a strong background in fire protection, science, and mathematics, and prepare them for taking on and succeeding within a variety of advanced fire protection careers.
You must have 24 semester credit hours of eligible college credit and a minimum transferable grade point average of 2.0. You can still enter the Certificate in Fire & Safety Engineering Technology program as a non-degree seeking student the, and once you have completed 39 credit hours of General Education classes you will be eligible to become a degree-seeking student in the bachelor's program.
