Description

ASU Online's Bachelor of Interdisciplinary Studies has been created to be a flexible online option for developing the in-depth knowledge that is needed for approaching and answering questions, solving problems and addressing contemporary social issues from multiple perspectives.

With this online degree in interdisciplinary studies, students will work to develop the intellectual tools that are required for building the bridges across academic disciplines and apply their newly gained skills, innovations, and knowledge to various academic and practical settings.

ASU has designed the core courses of this program to help students to develop a portfolio that will demonstrate their skills interests and talents, as well as provide each student with valuable resources for flexible, individualized career planning and development.

Students in this online interdisciplinary studies program will work with an advisor to choose from two concentrations from family and human development, film and media studies, history, justice studies, political science, religious studies, small business, sociology, technical writing, and women and gender studies.
