
Description
Students in the criminal justice associate degree program at Westwood can choose from many paths including options in corrections and private security. The hands-on instruction by industry professionals provides:
- focus on writing and communications to enhance reporting skills needed to succeed in criminal justice professions
- course content based on current issues and trends in the field, including perspectives on the high ethical standards expected of criminal justice professionals
- exposure to policing, corrections, juvenile justice and other key topics
