Description

The associate's degree program in Information Technology, Concentration in Desktop Applications from Pierce College teaches students how to use the Microsoft Office Suite of products (Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint) in the workplace. Courses in this concentration will cover introductory and intermediate levels of content, as well as introductory business concepts to enhance their breadth and depth of knowledge. By the completion of the associate degree, students will have learned the fundamentals needed to assist them in the preparation for the industry standard certification exams for the Microsoft Office Specialist designation.

Online and campus classes at Pierce College are the same price, $425 per credit (most classes are 3 credits), and $100 technology fee per course. There is a $50 application fee, and a $75 graduation fee.
