The Master of Science in Nursing - Nurse Midwifery from the University of Cincinnati College of Nursing has been created to aid individuals in gaining the experience and skills needed in order to become a part of this rapidly growing field.
This program offers courses that are delivered by faculty who are highly qualified, and who have years of real-world midwifery experience.
The courses in this program are moderated by the weekly online faculty facilitator in order to aid and fully support each student. Clinical rotations will be customized for each students in order to offer them a variety of experiences in their own local community. Graduates from this program will be eligible for the American College of Nurse-Midwives Certification Council, Inc. (AMCB) certification exam.
All applicants must be licensed as a registered nurse and be a graduate of an accredited BSN program or hold a BS with a major in Nursing to request information about the Nurse Midwifery Program.
