Description
The online Master of Education in E-Learning from the University of Illinois Global Campus has been created to give students the skills and understanding needed to succeed in the development, delivery, and management of e-learning.
This program enables students with the necessary knowledge needed to succeed in creating high quality e-learning courses, and be able to asses the needs of academic environments and workplaces.
With the increase of higher education being delivered online, the importance of providing quality interactive teaching via the web is creating a need for individuals who are formally trained in online pedagogies and technologies. Included in this are Corporations, who are equally beginning to and motivate their employees, suppliers, and customers with e-learning methods.
This program offers a curriculum that is concentrated in e-learning with a total of 46 credit hours, and use the Desire2Learn course management software.
All applicants must have a bachelor's degree from an accredited institution; and a 3.00/4.00 GPA computed on the basis of the last 60 hours or the equivalent of the baccalaureate degree.
