Graduate certificates are short courses of study in which students develop expertise in a specific area of scholarship and professional skills. The Graduate Certificate in School Technology Coordination program aids students in becoming more proficient in skills and issues relating to systems administration in schools.
The course work covers HTML code, writing JavaScript to enhance web performance, operating systems and networks, spreadsheets and databases, and multimedia development and applications. Students can also apply their certificate credits toward either of Boise State's Master's degrees in Education Technology. (No project or exam is currently required for exiting the program.)
Applicants to this program must have a Bachelor's degree from a regionally accredited institution and adequate GPA.
