All applicants of this program must have a have graduated from an institution of higher learning with a minimum 2.5 GPA and have a master's degree in education. Must have successfully completed the Kentucky Teacher Internship Program or have two years of successful teaching experience outside the state of Kentucky, and have three years of fulltime teaching experience.
