Description
The aims of the program are to enable students to develop the skills to operate effectively in the unique air cabin crew environment. In turn a secondary aim is to help students intending a career in air transport industries to gain practical and relevant skills which will enhance their employability.
At the end of this program, students will be able to:
- Understand the unique operating environment and requirements of staff engaged in cabin crew occupations
- Identify the skills and characteristics required for cabin crew to be effective
- Develop an understanding of the verbal skills [and industry knowledge] required of cabin crew
- Develop an understanding of the written skills [and standards] required of cabin crew
- Describe the essential features and equipment encountered in a cabin crew environment
- Describe the service standards required of cabin crew operatives
Outcomes
Air Cabin Crew Operations Certificate
On successful completion of any course the Study House Certificate of Achievement will be awarded. Students can then sit the ASET examination (a QCA approved awarding body), and gain a recognized award.
Assessment
After each lesson there will be a question paper, which needs to be completed and submitted to your personal tutor for marking. This method of continual assessment ensures that your personal tutor can consistently monitor your progress and provide you with assistance throughout the duration of the course.complete course 80 Hours
