Description
This specialist course is designed to provide a comprehensive understanding of how sporting injuries can occur, the assessment, diagnosis, treatment and management of such injuries.
The course will also investigate the principles behind the rehabilitation of sports injuries.
By using a variety of techniques and approaches, the therapist will provide a valuable service to clients in this specialist area, either on a freelance basis or as part of their employment in a health and fitness facility.

NCFE Level 3 Sports Injuries Award
This Course leads to an NCFE Level 3 Award Certificate for successful learners. That means that it is independently accredited at a level of learning equivalent to level 3 on the National Qualifications Framework (NQF) for England, Wales and Northern Ireland (in which case GCSE's are at levels 1 and 2 and A Levels are at level 3).
