Description
Supervisor's Role in Preventing Accidents
A supervisor has to be Superman today with ISO standards, production goals, launch targets, human resources, and more. And that's just before lunch.
In our OSHA safety-training program, the Supervisor's Role in Preventing Accidents, we ease supervisors into the critical part that they play in preventing accidents in the workplace. Is it a bird? Is it a plane? Supervisors will learn to identify and eliminate sources of hazards in the workplace. They'll learn to train, coach, and be open to employee input. They'll learn to investigate and prevent accidents. They'll learn to consistently enforce safety rules, discipline employees, and set an example of safe work practices. With our safety-training program, supervisors will learn how to prevent accidents in the workplace.
