Description

The object of this course is to provide an introduction to general psychology and to show its many facets regarding its application to the management of social groups and the interaction of these groups in industry and commerce.

The course is not intended to make the student an expert in psychology, but its purpose is to provide an insight into the contribution which psychology plays in the role of management. For those who are already in management positions, this course will improve your ability to deal with individuals and groups.

Outcomes

On completion of your course, you will receive two qualifications:

Industrial Psychology Diploma

Industrial Psychology Diploma issued by Stonebridge Associated Colleges, entitling you to use the letters SAC Dip after your name.

NCFE Level 3 Industrial Psychology Award

This Course leads to an NCFE Level 3 Award Certificate for successful learners. That means that it is independently accredited at a level of learning equivalent to level 3 on the National Qualifications Framework (NQF) for England, Wales and Northern Ireland (in which case GCSE's are at levels 1 and 2 and A Levels are at level 3). In accrediting the program at level 3, NCFE attests that its learning outcomes are at an equivalent level to a level 3 national qualification.
