This course will lead to an increased understanding of the cultural factors and their implications that affect interactions with and between the administrator, staff, residents, and families.


This course includes a pre-test to identify areas to focus on. Course content that allows you to read the material on screen or print it to read off screen and retain for future reference. A final test to demonstrate knowledge. Once the final test is competed with a 70% passing score you will be able to print your certificate immediately.
