He represents clients in all types of environmental matters, including transactions, mergers and acquisitions, environmental auditing, enforcement defense, cleanups, permitting, brownfields and compliance counseling.

John Spearin is the office manager and senior geologist in the Michigan office of August Mack Environmental, Inc. He has more than 20 years of consulting experience working with industry on environmental health and safety issues.
