E-business is a term that is used broadly for the act of doing business using the Internet and other electronic means. This might involve the integration of systems, processes, organizations, value chains and entire markets.
In this course you will learn to assess the strategic impact of e-business on organizations and to formulate, cost and implement strategic approaches in e-business.
This course will explore the many aspects of e-business, from internal processes such as inventory management, product development, risk management, finance, knowledge management and human resource management, to external global and cultural issues. The effects of e-business strategies on individuals, organizations, and governments are also assessed.

NCFE Level 4 E-Business Strategy AwardThis Course leads to an NCFE Level 4 Award Certificate for successful learners.
