- answers

Distance learning is providing teaching and education through technology to student’s that are not physically present in a classroom. Students and teachers are often separated from time and distance. True distance learning does not require students to ever be present in person. There are also blended courses that require some in person classes or labs. Depending on the program a student is enrolled in, determines the exact type of distance learning they experience.
