i am 17 and have completed my N levels in singapore and will be coming to canada soon from which level should i continue my education there?

I have completed my normal academic examination (N level) in Singapore in 2010 and have scored 11 points. I will be immigrating to Canada in February and I need to know from what level I must continue my education there?
