can you be charged full tuition on a class you have no access or attendance no fault of yours ,like DSL down or campus lockout on a paid class
can you be charged full tuition on a class you have no access or attendance ,no fault of yours ,like DSL was not working for almost all of two terms and i was locked out of campus for 3.5 weeks of a 5.5 term charged full on both .I finished 1 class caused by lockout and i asked to drop other in first two days they would not.
