Will I get a certificate for successful completion of the Basic Grant Writing Course?

Well, after a little searching it seems that the Grant Writing Basics course, as well as the other grant writing courses, do not conclude with a certificate. They are simply offered to aid students expanding their understanding of the processes and uses of grant writing.
