Please also check the Razaavi Educational Society - www.Razaavi.com providing cheapest distance education and affordable online learning, there are several courses and quality education provided for as less as US$300 per year and complete a degree within 3 to 4 years from recognized Indian Universities online or text-books based education empowered to provide a high quality and easy understandable education in simple format.

Several vocational and diploma programs available apart from Bachelors and Masters programs in Management, Science, Fine Arts, Paramedical, Paralegal, Engineering, and traditional programs.

But the examination pattern is conventional where you have to attend the written examination at a college authorized/designated by the University that you are getting education and examinations are conducted and monitored by the university personnel directly.

I don't think, there is a better bargain than this available anywhere because, Indian education is always reliable, well accepted, and eligible for credit transfer in any universities globally.

This is a very difficult question to answer because the majority of online educational institutions charge a different rate for different degree programs, so without having a specific degree program in mind this question cannot be answered.

Your best bet is to figure out what you would like to focus your education on, and then you will be able to find the institution that is the cheapest. Let me suggest that you begin looking at the Degrees Page of Distance-Education.org. This page will introduce you to a number of degrees that are available online, and will be your best bet on determining which institution you chose.

Remember that you should really chose the college and program that will do the most for you, and not the one that is going to cost the least. An education is a long-term investment, and should be selected on outcome, not cost. In the end they are all a bit pricy, but your goal with going to school is to gain a quality education that will help you get ahead, and you don't want to limit yourself because it is not the "cheapest."
