While I was unable to locate a specific school or program in India that offered an online MSc degree in Nursing I did, however, come across the website for the Indian Nursing Council (http://www.indiannursingcouncil.org/). The site covers a number of aspects related to obtaining a MSc or other degrees in Nursing from higher education institutes in India, and looks to be a great starting off point for finding out information about getting a MSc from an Indian University.
