There are two online Web Design Certification programs that you can choose from, and both are from schools that are accredited and have great reputations.

The first is from the University of California, Irvine. This online Web design program offers students courses that cover topics such as: scripting, functionality, web content, server-side programming, and database design.

This program is approximately $3410.00, and requires 5 online courses in web design.

Web Design and Development Specialized Studies Certificate

The second is from the Art Institute, and is a little bit more of an in-depth program. This program is not a certificate, but is a diploma program, which requires students to complete 36 credit hours.

This online web design program covers a myriad of topics, including: Digital Imaging for Multimedia & Web, Web Site Development, Database Systems, Introduction to Programming. The price for this online web design diploma program is approximately $16,002.00, and is an excellent, accredited online program.
