You have two options. The first being that you contact the institution who offered you the course, and request a new copy of your certificate. This should be fairly simple. You should have received an email or some sort of contact information from them when you started the course. You just need to find that information, and request a new copy.

The second is if you are unable to get in touch with them you can follow this link, Contact Distance-Education.org, to get in touch with one of our representatives who will help guide you in obtaining another copy. When filling out the contact form for Distance-Education.org make sure you include you name, contact information, and the full details of the program you attended.
