There are so many places you can find a job these days that is can often times be very overwhelming when someone decides to or needs to find a new job. This is true for every type of job that is out there, including medical billing.

So, what I would suggest you do first look at the major jobs posting sites that are avaliable, such as Yahoo Jobs and Careers Builder. If you have exhausted these options you may want to begin looking at job posting boards that are specific to medical billing and the sort, such as those from the American Medical Billing Association -- Medical Billing Website, Billing Jobs, and The American Academy of Professional Coders.

Finally, if none of these option have been of any use, I would suggest you start networking via various types of social networks, Twitter, Facebook, and Linkedin. These social networks are an excellent way to find jobs. A large number of employers are beginning to shift their jobs search methods to these sites.
