Where can I find information on LIVE (interactive teachers), online educational resources, preferably university-level content?

Specifically, lectures will be taught in real-time, so teachers will be able to answer live questions from students located remotely. A great example of this is the USC Distance Education Network Viterbi School of Engineering.
