What responsibility if you didn't show your bachelor from other country and have got us associate's degree and FAFSA?
I thought that not evaluated Bachelor's from other country were not equivalent to US degree.

You are correct. Most schools and businesses do not recognize foreign degrees as equivalents to US degrees. However, there are a number of institutions that will work with their students or employees to be to aid them in meeting educational requirements.
