What is the cost of studying in the US if I'm from South Africa? I'm wanting to study web development.

That will depend on the school. There are a number of different online schools who accept students who are not in the US, because of that there are a number costs and fees that are possible. What you will have to do is contact all the online schools that you are interested in, and discuss with the admissions advisor what the costs will be.
