That will depend on the school. There are a number of different online schools who accept students who are not in the US, because of that there are a number costs and fees that are possible. What you will have to do is contact all the online schools that you are interested in, and discuss with the admissions advisor what the costs will be.

I am planning to take one of your courses - Medical Secretary Certificate w/ Typing Component which cost $1,228.00. It was mentioned here that in order to obtain this Certificate, I have to finish first the five courses listed, which also has corresponding price for each course. Does it mean, I have to pay the $1,228.00 plus the five courses price to obtain the Certificate for this course? Do I have an option to choose from which of the Five Courses Listed I wanted to take first? Where is exactly the location (country) of this site?
