If you are planning on simply applying to a graduate program, then you really do not have to worry about anything in the way of credits, the only aspects you have to worry about is making sure you have the grades, the proper paperwork, and the determination to do as well as you possibly can.
My suggestion is to contact both schools and make sure that they will recognize a degree from Ashford U, and then just start the application process.
Oh, and one other small suggestion. When applying to graduate school do your research. Find out everything you can about the program, and its faculty members. This way you can find the program and faculty whose interest are inline with yours, which will make your graduate career a much smoother ride.
