Most U.S. online colleges don't accept international students, but there are a few that do. I suggest that you try to get your degree at a university in your own country.

As far as getting OPT after completing your degree, I suggest you read the information here: Optional Practical Training. I would assume that as long as you qualify for F-1 status that this is a possibility.
