This is a very difficult question to answer because every institution has different fees for different programs. Depending on which degree program you are wanting to purse will determine which institution has the cheapest tuition fees.

Your best bet is to figure out what you would like to focus your education on, and then you can find the institution with the cheapest tuition. I would suggest that you begin by looking at the Accredited Online Degree Programs page which will introduce you to a number of degrees that are available online.

The important thing is to choose the college and program that will do the most for you and not the one that is going to cost the least. An education is a long term investment which should be chosen based on outcome and not cost. In the end all programs are a bit pricy, but your end goal should be to gain a quality education that will help you get ahead. I would recommend you look at the following articles:

I'm am an American and am currently traveling in Thailand. When I return home in about a month I plan to start applying to PhD programs in counseling psychology. In my travels so far I have met many people from Germany, Denmark, Netherlands and surrounds areas and talking to them has really made me interested to see what the possibility would be of doing my PhD in Germany could be. Any advice anyone has, tips information, anything would be veyu helpful. I feel the way that education is viewed these places is much more in line with my views and it would be amazing to study and be in a different country. I currently have a bachelors in psychology and do not speak German so an English speaking school would be important. Thank you everyone
