More likely not than so. The type of accreditation that these online Italian courses carry really are not applicable to high school courses; however, some high schools have what is called a self study or guided study in which you may be able to use the Italian courses as a substitute.

What you will have to do is talk to your academic advisor, and he or she will be able to let you know what your options are.
