That is a really good question, and one that a lot of individuals ask themselves, usually at two main points in their lives. The first is when someone is about to finish their undergraduate degree, and the second is when they are looking for a way to further develop their career by earning an advanced degree.
It is usually considered to be an easier time to continue directly after someone has finished an undergraduate program, but the down side is that most MBA program like students to have a bit of work experience under their belt before starting.
But, what it all boils down to is do you have the time, money, and drive to successfully complete an MBA program--because most MBAs are intense, and require a lot of work and dedication.
So, let's face it, Yes, no matter what continuing your education will always be a good thing, even if you are going for a graduate degree in Underwater Basket Weaving, I suppose. Pursing an MBA will only help you, so the decision is not if it is the best thing to do, but if it is a good time for you to do it.
