I've already taken Med Terminology for my Associates. Can this course be transferred to go towards the Medical Secretary Certification?

Unfortunately, you can't. The course will not allow you to split apart certificate programs. You are required to take the full class. However, the medical terminology section in the Medical Secretary certificate should be fairly simple since having already taken a similar, and you should have no problem getting through it. It might be one of the easiest sections of the course, and it might be an excellent refresh of the materiel.
