Is there really a college I can go to without high school diploma
I want to go to school, but I don't have a high school diploma, is there a school that can help me.

The short answer is no.
What I would suggest you do is to either find an online high school, or to get your GED. You will need one of these for any accredited higher educational institution to allow you to matriculate.
