Is there a site where I can get list of the top 100 online universities in the US?
I do not want to make the mistake of enrolling in a university that does not have a worthy reputation.

One of the most reliable sources regarding the rankings of educational institutions is the U.S. News and World Report listing. My suggestion is to cross reference the schools that are you are interested in with the listing that is provided by "U.S. News and World Report".
Also, go online and search the schools that are of interest to you in online discussions, this will give you a deeper feel for what individual's experiences have been with the school's performance.
