The recognition of this online Human Resource management program as an accredited is going to depend on what organization you are going to decide use it with. Most company will require you to have at least a Bachelor's in HRM, but not all. It will be up to them. So, what I suggest is that you contact the organization(s) that you are planning on applying to, and ask them if this credential will be sufficient for employment in their HR department.
