Is it necessary for doing MBA to have some work experience? Because some institutes prefer the students who had already some work experience.

That will depend on the school. Evey school has its on prerequisites in regards to education, work experience, and standardized testing. What you will have to do is contact each of the school you are considering, and discuss with the what prerequisites you will have to complete to be eligible to apply to their online MBA programs.
