Is it illegal to take college courses without taking prerequisites first?
National American University threw me in some college courses without taking prerequisite classes first, and now I'm failing. Is this illegal?

Is it illegal for them to put you in those classes, or is it illegal to take classes without the prerequisites? Either way no.
When it comes to your classes, unfortunately you should have not taken them, especially having known that you did not have the prior courses you needed to pass the classes. What I would suggest is that you talk to your professors about it, and see what can be done.
