The school is accredited by the Florida State Department of Education - but is not by the State or US Department of Education, which is what is need to continuing your education at an accredited college or university. Furthermore, John Adams High School states, "Students that are seeking a high school diploma for college entrance in the United States, should consider seeking a high school diploma from a Regionally Accredited High School or State issued GED."
