When it comes to any type of certification, teaching or otherwise, I always like to suggest that individuals contact the governing body of whatever area that are looking to get certified in to get the accurate information that is needed.

In your case you will need to contact the Oklahoma State Department of Education. They will be able to give you the information that you need for determining if Ashford University's Online Bachelor of Arts in Teacher Certification" if acceptable.
