In what can I get a Master's degree with a Bachelor's degree in English with a concentration in writing?

What Master's degree do I need to get to become one of the following when I have a BA in English with a writing concentration: Administrator or Advertising Sales Director?

With a BA in English you will qualify for many Master's degree programs. I recommend visiting our Master's Degree Programs Online page to search for degrees you would be interested in. You might want to start with the Online Arts and Humanities Graduate Degrees.

If you want to become an administrator I would recommend looking into our Master of Science in Administration Degree page. If you would like to become an Advertising Sales Director I would recommend visiting this Bachelor of Science in Advertising Degree page and contacting this school to see if they offer a Master's program in Advertising and what the prerequisites of such a program would be.
