Online education is not what it used to be. Today, the majority of universities and colleges are now offering some sort of online educational service, including schools such as Harvard.
Also, since you already have college credit you should know that many school will let you transfer a portion or all of you previously earned credits - but that will depend on the school.
So, in short yes you can finish your bachelor's degree online.
