I am not fully aware of the complete ins and outs of the Jefferson High School Program, and its accreditation; however, what little research I have done has indicated that Jefferson is considered to be by many higher education institutions a somewhat of a diploma mill.
But, we have recently added a list of online high school diploma programs that are all regionally accredited.
