I would like to learn mangement in bachelor level on distance program. Can I get this chance? What criteria is neede?

Yes you can get this chance. It depends on the college you are applying to as some will only require a high school diploma and others require 50+ previously earned college credits. Stratford university has a complete degree and only requires a high school diploma or GED while Wisconsin Lutheran college requires you to have 50+ college credits to apply.
