I don't know of any universities in Kuwait, but there are a number of online universities that offer nursing degrees.
So, what I would recommend you do is take a close look this list of online nursing degree programs.
Once you have reviewed this list, and found a number of programs you are interested in, I would contact those schools to inquire about the requirements that are needed for partaking in their programs as an international student.
